Shipping Policy
Thanks for shopping Cigar Golf. This policy explains how we process and ship orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read it carefully — if you have any questions, you can reach us at miguel@miguelwilson.com .
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Most orders are picked, packed, and shipped within 1–3 business days of the order being placed. During launches, sale events, or holiday periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout and a separate shipment notification with tracking once your package leaves our warehouse.
Shipping destinations
Cigar Golf currently ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, US territories, or international destinations. If international shipping is a fit for you, please reach out — we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping methods and costs
We offer the following options at checkout. Exact rates and transit times are shown for your shipping address before you pay.
- Standard shipping — 3–7 business days. Calculated at checkout.
- Expedited shipping — 2–3 business days. Calculated at checkout.
- Complimentary standard shipping on US orders over $150 (before tax).
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin on the day your package ships, not the day you place your order. Cigar Golf is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view tracking information by logging in to your account at cigar-golf.com/account or by visiting the order status link in your confirmation email.
If tracking has not updated within 5 business days of your shipment notification, please contact us so we can help locate the package.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building staff, or other household members, and confirm the shipping address on your order is correct. If you still cannot locate the package after 48 hours, contact us at miguel@miguelwilson.com and we will help open a carrier investigation.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and the affected item(s). We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Address changes and order modifications
Because we begin processing orders quickly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted. If you need to update an address, change a size, or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at miguel@miguelwilson.com — if the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Returned-to-sender packages can be re-shipped at the customer's expense or refunded minus original shipping costs.
Duties, taxes, and customs
For destinations where Cigar Golf collects sales tax, the applicable tax is shown at checkout. For any future international orders, the recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges levied by the destination country.
Pro shops and wholesale
Wholesale orders ship separately under terms confirmed with your account manager. Please reach out via the Pro Shops inquiry form or contact miguel@miguelwilson.com for shipping arrangements on wholesale orders.
